Mr. Michael Sullivan

Mike has been on the SSU Foundation board for nearly 20 years. He retired after a 35 year career in banking in 2021 from Exchange Bank where he was EVP and Chief Credit Officer. Prior to that role, he had worked in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking, Global Financial Institutions and Corporate Financial Institutions Groups. 

In addition to his role with the SSU Foundation, Mike serves as a board member of Catholic Charities of Northwest California and on the Green Music Center Board of Advisors. He previously served as the Chairman of the Board of the United Way of Sonoma-Mendocino-Lake and was a board member of the Analy High School Education Foundation.

Mike received his BA in Economics from UC San Diego and his MBA from UC Berkeley.
